The Instructors

Larry Hinson

Larry began his professional life as a physical therapist, treating or thopedic injur ies and pain complaints. He began to see the correlation between most of these conditions and lack of exercise and poor diet. After receiving his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist his interest moved towards the prevention of these problems and to the maximizing of his clients physical well being. His most recent educational experience was to become a Certified Exercise Nutritionist.
Larry believes exercise needs to be varied, focusing on the total body and all the physical skills of the human body. His workouts are out-of-the ordinary and a lot of fun often integrating tools such as TRx, kettlebells, medicine balls, and ropes to add extra dimension to the experiences that he offers.

Tracey Coddington

Tracey’s yoga roots began early and grew deep in her life long fascination of movement. She is a master with guiding students in how to feel into a yoga pose and make it their own through a fluid and graceful teaching style. Creating a ground of safety for deeper explorations of body and self, she will help you stretch your boundaries from within so you may find a more spacious sense of self and a more inspired way of practicing your yoga.
Infused with spirit and enthusiasm, her teaching draws strongly from her studies with Angela Farmer over the past 3 decades, completion of a Pilates study course, inner core training, her 30 year Vipassana Meditation practice, her occupations as a highly skilled Transformational Bodyworker, a code ve lope r and ins t ruc tor of YogaMassage, and a Voice Dialogue facilitator. She has been teaching workshops in Hawaii, Pacific NW, Colorado, and Northern California.
