You may either type in your information and print the form or print the form and fill it out manually. Please circle your accommodation choice.

Arrival & Departure

Please book your own airline reservation. Plan to arrive at the Hilo Airport by 3 p.m. The workshop begins with dinner on Saturday, February 6, and ends at noon of February 13. Travel time from the airport to Kalani Honua is 40 minutes to one hour. Transportation between Hilo Airport and Kalani Honua is available by taxi or rental car. Participants often enjoy having a rental car for use on excursions during the week.

Refunds & Cancellations

There is a $100 cancellation fee per person. The deposit will be refunded, less the cancellation fee, if this request is received in writing and postmarked on or before December 31, 2008, will be granted only if the cancelled reservation can be filled.
